Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and courteous tone.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and business documents using MS Office Suite.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality.
- Order and inventory office supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
