Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with exceptional courtesy and accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and manage the general reception area.
- Perform basic data entry and file organization to support office operations and records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining digital calendars.
- Order and maintain office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Handle general administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We value potential and attitude over experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
