Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage confidential data using CRM and spreadsheet systems
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict organizational protocols
- Assist in report generation and data analysis for operational insights
- Support office management through supply inventory and vendor coordination

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with proven data entry proficiency
