Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Handle mail distribution, package handling, and courier services.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Support administrative staff with various clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
