Responsibilities
- General Administrative Support: Perform a variety of clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phones professionally, screen calls, and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate the daily schedule of the office.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the correct department or meeting room.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments using digital calendars and managing internal communications.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of routine reports and presentations, ensuring all data is accurate and formatted correctly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; some college coursework in business or administration is a plus.
