Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.9% accuracy, maintaining and updating our digital databases.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare and organize complex reports, invoices, and spreadsheets using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in both physical and digital filing systems to ensure the easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure financial and operational accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with QuickBooks or Salesforce is a plus.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
