Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Create and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Handle general office inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or data entry role is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time hours.
