Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet all visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Manage the appointment schedule and calendar for executives and staff.
- Assist with basic office administration, filing, and data entry.
- Order office supplies and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
