Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, managing the front desk reception area.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with light administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
