Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, checking in guests and issuing badges.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate departments or taking detailed messages.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the correct staff members.
- Monitor building security systems, including cameras and access logs, to ensure a safe environment.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate logs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist in coordinating night shift logistics and communicating with on-call management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous receptionist experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during night shifts.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and phone systems.
- Reliable transportation is required.
