Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information, invoices, and organizational records into our database and Excel spreadsheets.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, manage appointments, and prepare meeting materials.
- File Management: Organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in business administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Typing: Demonstrable typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, professional, and able to work independently.
