Responsibilities
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist in data entry and the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.

Qualifications
