- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen them, and transfer to the appropriate department or person.
- Mail and Messaging: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar and send reminders to clients as needed.
- Front Desk Administration: Maintain a neat and organized reception area, including keeping the lobby and waiting areas tidy.
- Customer Support: Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and direct them to the correct staff members.
- General Office Support: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
