Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of incoming calls and route them efficiently to the appropriate department.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks including updating client databases, filing, and processing invoices.
- Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure it is organized and presentable.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for internal staff members.
- Handle mail and courier services, ensuring timely distribution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
