Responsibilities

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests and vendor communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
