Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and digitization of records with 99% accuracy.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems for the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and local travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Process incoming emails and phone inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Assist in inventory management and supply procurement for the office.
- Generate weekly reports based on collected data and ensure database integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in or near Oakland, CA (Local presence required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
