Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
