Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and direct inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into various database systems, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using digital scheduling tools.
- Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in generating weekly reports by compiling data from multiple sources.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area for employees and guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception and data entry roles.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
