- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic data entry, filing, and prepare meeting rooms for conferences.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately and promptly.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing the calendar and scheduling appointments for internal staff when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant in a corporate or professional setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations.
