- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence; manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for management staff with precision.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.
- Supply Management: Monitor office inventory, order necessary supplies, and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, meetings, and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative or office support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
