Responsibilities
- Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring no inquiries are missed.
- Manage front desk operations, including mail sorting, package handling, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms using digital calendars.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices or expense reports.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and clients, resolving routine inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in business administration is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for this entry-level position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
