As a Weekend Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our office operations during the critical Friday through Sunday hours. You will ensure our facility runs smoothly, providing excellent support to our staff and clients in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-desk reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and file management to ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with inventory control, including ordering office supplies and restocking break rooms.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting packets, and administrative reports.
- Support scheduling tasks, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve administrative issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or administration preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
