Job Overview:
The Weekend Receptionist serves as the friendly face of our organization. You will manage the front desk operations, handle incoming communications, and ensure a seamless experience for all guests and employees.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Provide directions to guests and assist with basic inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment (phones, printers, computers).
