Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and visitors.
- Screen and direct incoming calls with efficiency and maintain a polite, professional tone.
- Handle mail, packages, and courier deliveries with accuracy and discretion.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling meetings for executive staff.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
