Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls with a polite and clear tone, route inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Calendar Coordination: Manage the front desk calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, file management, and provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess basic typing skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
