- Manage the company calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply reordering.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
