Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage daily correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage the executive calendar to ensure optimal time usage.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable and compliant with company standards.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, as needed.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace for all employees.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Assist with data entry tasks, compile reports, and prepare presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work under pressure, and pay close attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-30 hours per week).
