Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain a detailed digital calendar for the management team.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Office Coordination: Order and maintain office supplies, arrange conference rooms, and assist with event coordination as needed.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records in our database and CRM systems.
- Customer Support: Assist clients and visitors with inquiries, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in an office support role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
