We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Sacramento, CA. While the primary office is located in Sacramento, we are also open to remote candidates in Georgia who can demonstrate a high level of self-discipline and efficiency.
In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining our database integrity and supporting daily office operations. You will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that information is processed accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain sensitive data into our CRM and database systems with a focus on data entry skills.
- Organize and digitize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for department leadership.
- Perform light reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors in our Sacramento office.
- Verify and reconcile financial records or invoices as needed by the accounting department.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment (for Georgia candidates) or collaboratively in a busy office.
