Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Manage incoming emails and correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and correct them efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
