Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare conference rooms for client visits.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Assist with payroll processing and expense report submissions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
