Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and archiving documents.
- Manage the daily operation of the front desk, including greeting visitors and managing the reception area.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, emails, and physical mail.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Qualifications

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
