Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer a high volume of incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Manage and distribute incoming mail, handle courier services, and maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and prepare agendas for executive meetings.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Perform accurate data entry into our CRM and Excel databases, generating weekly reports as needed.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels, order office supplies, and maintain a tidy, professional reception area.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
