Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the front desk reception area, ensuring a professional welcome for all visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and maintaining the company diary.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records in databases and filing systems.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
