Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute high-quality correspondence, including memos, emails, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems for sensitive company records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area experience.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and processing invoices to ensure timely financial tracking.
- Organize and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and conference room logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and office events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
