Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Assist with general office administration, including supply management and light cleaning.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc projects and research tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
