Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare conference rooms, and take minutes as required.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, escalating complex issues to management.
- Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
