Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and route them, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Mail & Logistics: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Inventory: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
