Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry into various database systems.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing emails.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with professionalism and poise.
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors.
- Maintain and update organizational databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendar appointments.
- Assist with general office administration and document management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in reception, data entry, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
