Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors and staff.
- Visitor Reception: Greet and direct guests professionally, manage visitor logs, and coordinate meeting room schedules.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional tone, screen and transfer inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and assist with general clerical tasks.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records in the company database or CRM system.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed during business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Professionalism: Must present a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
