Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering a high volume of incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using calendar management tools.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and business correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Assist with data entry tasks, inventory management of office supplies, and expense reporting.
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials for executive staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or Receptionist.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
