Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry to ensure office efficiency.
- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, coordinate meetings, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Mail & Logistics: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and coordinate with couriers as needed.
- Customer Relations: Assist visitors and clients with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel or providing necessary information.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized condition at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We are looking for candidates willing to learn and grow.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
