- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the workspace is always stocked.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
