Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Receive and screen phone calls and visitors, routing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
