- Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain company records in CRM systems and databases with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, organize filing systems, and handle email correspondence during business hours.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up the office space for weekend events and ensuring all equipment is operational.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and order necessary materials to ensure continuous operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
