Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, newsletters, and comprehensive reports.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and office activities.
- Gather and compile data for presentations and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar professional support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
