As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will handle everything from managing schedules to supporting senior leadership. We are looking for someone who is proactive, efficient, and eager to grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming emails, calls, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-ups.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing systems to ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments for management.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new hires and general office inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk (1-2 years minimum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
