Responsibilities
- High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in various databases and spreadsheets with a focus on minimizing errors.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for management staff.
- Communication Support: Answer phones, screen calls, and respond to emails with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Reporting: Prepare routine reports and summaries using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, and office management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 45-50 WPM required.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and accuracy skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
