Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the executive calendar.
- Prepare internal memos, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in data entry and general administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent typing speed with a focus on accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
