Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with exceptional customer service.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms and equipment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Process invoices and expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and politeness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
